Training
To ensure the safety and security of all our clients, we put our security personnel through a rigorous training process.

Every Guardian National Security Officer completes the necessary training required by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). This training includes: no less than 40 hours of training in an expanded Powers to Arrest, Terrorism and WMD Awareness course.  The training must be completed within 6 months of issuance of the security officer registration or employment as a security officer. All licensed security officers are also required to complete 8 hours of additional dedicated review or practice of security officer skills each year. Additional training is required every 2 – 3 months to ensure cutting-edge security knowledge and skills.

Management Customer Service Program:
Our Management Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist both our clients and our staff.

The Managements Customer Service Program (MCSP) is a process conducted by the Security Management Team to ensure quality security and excellent customer service. The MCSP covers complete and customized security programs for each client including a Client Service Survey that gathers client feedback on our services and employees. Management also conducts security inspections, ongoing training and emergency response drills to ensure that security officers are meeting the high-level customer service expectations set by Guardian National Security.
