Construction Security Personnel Our Construction Security Branch is comprised of personnel and guards trained and educated specifically in construction security. Our supervisors perform two mandatory patrols during the guard shifts. Our state licensed uniform security guards are trained to: Conduct vehicle and foot patrols Conduct surveillances and monitor CCTV cameras Perform an inventory check on all the equipment at the beginning and end of their shift Look for suspicious packages Be highly visible to deter graffiti, security breaches, vandalism, theft, trespassing and other incidents Prepare daily activity and incident reports Use flashlights, two-way radios, whistles, reflective security vest, pagers and cell phones Notify local police and/or fire departments when needed Advanced Technology Time clock system. Our guards are required to clock in every 30 minutes while on duty at a construction site. This ensures the guards presence at your requested times. Detex electronic reporting system. This checkpoint system provides a record of the guard’s scheduled patrol around your site, ensuring their presence and offering information in the case of a breach. Motion detection censors. These wireless, infrared censors will alarm intruders and alert security personnel to a breach. Wireless camera systems. Studies have shown that the presence of security cameras vastly reduces crime while also providing a visual recording of activity at your site.
