Q. Why is Guardian National Security a preferred choice?

A. As an established security company, we are proud to provide custom-designed security strategies and services for our clients. Our detailed process ensures you get the unique protection that your property needs. We also provide extensive, cutting-edge training for all our security officers and clear, daily communication with all our clients.

Q. What type of training do Guardian National Security Officers receive?

Q. If we need security services after hours, will we be able to get a security officer to the property immediately?

A. Yes. Guardian National Security staff operates 24-Hours a day, 7 days a week with trained dispatchers who maintain constant radio communication with officers in the field.

Q. How do we know the security officer is on site working and won’t sleep while on duty?

A. We provide a Time Clock System at your location that the Security Officer is required to clock into every 30 minutes during their shift. In addition, we visit each site regularly unannounced or on an unscheduled basis. Our Security Supervisors do random patrol checks on the locations and Security Officer throughout the shift.

Q. What do the Supervisors do when they go on site to visit the Security Officer?


A. During the visit the Supervisors will fill out a Security Officer Evaluation form, which assesses a variety of details including, but not limited to: Security Officer appearance and proper attire, daily reports/incident reports, post orders, awareness and overall demeanor.

Q. What if we need to contact Security Management or the Security Officer directly?

A. We believe communication is the key to safety and success. That’s why our Management Team is available 24/7 to provide assistance to our clients and our security personnel. Part of our standard practice is to provide you with the cellular phone numbers for our Management Team and our Security Officers.

Q. Does Guardian National Security provide written instructions to their Security Officers that explains what we expect of them?

A. Yes. Our Security Supervisor travels to the post location to discuss the duties with the client and then creates the Post Orders from that discussion. We then train the Security Officer and provide a customized Post Order of Duties for each location.

Q. Will Guardian National Security respect our privacy while they protect our property?


A. Absolutely. All Guardian National Security personnel and staff are dedicated to respecting your property and privacy without compromising our duties. We provide ethics training throughout our company and adhere to all your business guidelines and regulations.

A. We take pride in providing cutting-edge training to all our Security Guards so that they can provide quality security for you. All our guards are licensed, on time, alert, courteous, dressed in full uniform, well groomed, expertly trained, thoroughly instructed on duties on site/off site and supervised.
