This detailed discussion will cover what type of property you have, where it’s located, what crimes are associated with it, the type of protection services you require and any other concerns and ideas you may have.

Quote/proposal provided.
Based on our consultation, we provide your quote/proposal via email, fax or in person.

Location meeting.
Our Management Team meets you at your location to further assess your needs.

Contract agreement.
Any adjustments are made to the proposal and we agree on a contract.

Post orders created.
Guardian National Security provides a detailed description of duties to all personnel based on the client’s needs and expectations.

Guard training.
We train our guards on your specific property and needs.

Implementation.
Security measures include daily communication between our guards and Management Team. Weekly in-house mandatory meetings keep all employees up-to-date on all clients.

Updates provided.
We provide daily activity reports, incident reports and warning parking violations so you always know what is happening at your location.

Billing.
Permanent and ongoing accounts require bi-weekly billing. Temporary accounts require a pre-authorization charge form that is charged upon completion of the service.
