Call us for a free consultation at (800) 771-8243. We can provide our services on a trial basis; no long-term commitment is required.

Do you provide after-hours security services?

Yes, we offer 24-hour security services. Our dispatchers maintain constant radio communication with our officers in the field, so that our officers can immediately respond to inquiries, alarms, emergencies, and other requests any time of day or night, any day of the year.

Are your prices competitive?

Guardian National Security offers its high quality security services at extremely competitive rates. In fact, we will match or beat any competitor's prices.

May we contact the security officer or security management directly?

Yes. We believe that open communication is critical to achieving optimal safety and security. That's why our management team is readily available 24/7 to provide assistance to our clients as well as security personnel. As part of our standard operating procedures, once you hire us, we provide you with the direct lines and cell phone numbers of our management team and your designated security officers.

What kind of training do your security officers receive?

We believe that high quality training creates exceptional security officers. That is why we require all of our security personnel to complete a rigorous training course that more than meets the requirements set by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Within the first six months of an officer's employment and registration, we require that they complete at least 40 hours of training in expanded courses on Power to Arrest, and Terrorism and WMD Awareness. After that, to keep our team sharp, we offer additional security officer training every 2 to 3 months and require another eight hours of dedicated review and practice of their skills every 12 months. All of our training is provided by retired police officers.

How do we know the security officer is on site working, and not sleeping, while on duty?

At Guardian National Security, we utilize a wireless time clock system at each location to verify that each of our officers is on site and alert. This system requires our security guards to clock in every 30 minutes throughout the duration of their shift. In addition, our security supervisors regularly visit each of our guards unannounced at their worksites.

What takes place when a supervisor visits a security officer at a site?

When out on a routine site inspection visit, our supervisors take the time to evaluate the security officer in the following areas: appearance; proper attire; completeness of daily reports and any incident reports; post orders; awareness; and overall demeanor. All observations and assessments are noted in the Security Officer Evaluation form.

How do your security officers know what is expected of them?

Guardian National Security trains each security officer on post orders for each location they are assigned to. We also provide a written copy of the post orders at each location. Post orders are a set of customized policies and procedures based upon a discussion between one of our security supervisors and our client.

Will Guardian National Security respect our privacy while they protect our property?

Absolutely. All Guardian National Security personnel are dedicated to respecting your property and privacy without compromising our duties. We provide ethics training throughout our company and will adhere to all of your business guidelines and regulations. Furthermore, we keep all client information private and confidential.

What can we expect from a Guardian National Security guard?

We provide cutting-edge training to all of our security guards so that they can provide quality security for you. Our expertly trained guards are licensed, professional, on time, alert, courteous, dressed in full uniform, well groomed, extensively instructed on post duties, and supervised.

How does Guardian National Security train its security guards?

Training is conducted by our highly experienced and knowledgeable management team. This team provides initial and ongoing training to our security officers in a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to: emergency situations; observe and report; patrol; general duties; field training; communications; public relations; fire watch; powers to arrest; and terrorism and WMD awareness. Additionally, every security officer receives training specific to his or her assigned site using the post orders specifically written for the client.

What are the benefits of hiring a security guard?

Our security guards help to prevent crime, are readily available to respond to emergencies, and assist with various duties, such as logistics, parking enforcement, and lock up and alarm.

How thorough is your hiring process?

Guardian National Security is extremely selective in its hiring of new guards. All prospective employees must clear a full background check and drug testing. We also verify previous employment, check personal references, and conduct a series of interviews. Once hired, we administer a comprehensive training program that meets and exceeds the requirements set by California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.

Where will you place security officers?

Our security services can be used to protect and secure nearly any business location, private residence, or event, including, but not limited to: apartment complexes, banks, bars, car dealerships, charity events, churches, construction sites, film sets, gated neighborhoods, homeowner associations, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, malls, manufacturing facilities, motels, nightclubs, nursing homes, office buildings, parking garages/structures, parks, pharmaceutical plants, recreational centers, restaurants, retail stores, retirement communities, schools, shopping centers, theaters, theme parks, transportation facilities, universities, and warehouses. Additionally, our diverse staff allows us to accommodate clients who might need a specific type of security guard, such as one that is bilingual or has the personality to match a particular environment.

How do you plan and implement security for an assignment?

All of our security services begin with a thorough assessment of your security needs and an evaluation of your property or building. Following this free initial consultation, we create a security plan with a competitive quote for our proposed services. We usually follow-up this quote with additional on-site meetings in order to finesse the contract until the security plan and quote meet your complete satisfaction. Once a contract is signed, we create post orders and train our guards accordingly.

Throughout the duration of our contract, we will ensure that our management team communicates with our guards daily; our guards attend all weekly in-house meetings; and our clients are given detailed activity reports daily.

What is your Management Customer Service Program?

Our security management team ensures that all of our security services are of the highest quality through an innovative program called Management Customer Service Program or MCSP. MSCP is a process by which we evaluate every aspect of our business, from the effectiveness of our customized security programs to client feedback. It also tracks the results of our security inspections, ongoing training, and emergency response drills. This program allows us to proactively respond to our clients' needs and to make sure that all of our security officers are meeting Guardian National Security's high standards for security and customer service.

If you ever wish to speak with someone on our management team, just give us a call. Our supervisors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if my company's size/revenues do not justify the need for a full-time security guard?

Guardian National Security has a variety of options to meet your needs. We can provide a security guard under a short- or long-term contractual arrangement. Please contact us at (800) 771-8243 for a free consultation.
