- Parking Enforcement (We also issue warning parking tickets)
- Guard shacks or complete security centers staffed by Guardian National Security officers 24/7
- Free Motion Detectors/Sensors for large or medium construction, if needed
- Incident Reports of any vandalism, theft or graffiti
- State licensed uniformed guards trained to
use CPR/First Aid, Pepper Spray, Baton, Firearms and Power to Arrest
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols

- Conduct surveillances and monitor CCTV cameras
- Investigate suspicious packages, taking all necessary precautions
- Maintain a presence to deter crime and trespassers
- Prepare daily activity report and incident reports
- Use flashlights, two-way radios, whistles, reflective security vests, pagers and cell phones when necessary
- Safely approach trespassers and loiterers
- Discourage loud noises and other nuisances
- Assist with evacuations process in case of emergency
- Notify local police and/or fire departments when needed
- Perform other duties as needed
