Each year, guards also complete eight hours of review and hands-on practice to keep their skills sharp.

To go beyond the basics, we provide additional training on post orders, patrols, and fire watch guards. Guards also study public relations, emergency response, communication, and general duties. Many earn CPR and first aid certifications and receive permits for batons and pepper spray. We hold refresher courses every few months to ensure their knowledge stays current and strong.

Once assigned to a client, every guard receives detailed training about that site. This includes the client’s full security plan, post order duties, uniform requirements, and expectations.
